The setting is usually in the hospitals but it differs between two settings which is the hospital and the area where the accident takes place where the paramedic treats the patients which outlines the importance of the senior doctors who are at the hospital and the paramedics who rush to a different setting to threat the patient.

12.I think TV drama will become a tool used by society to represent and normalise developing social ideologies due to the incorporation of more characters that represent these changes in social ideologies . It will be less about creativity and more about appeasing the audience so they can gain more profit.
